공노조는 “이 사건에 앞서 지난 2월 시청 5급 간부 공무원의 성희롱 사건이 발생한지 불과 한달이 지나지도 않아 또 다시 성희롱 사건이 발생해 충격을 금할 수 없다”며 질타했다.
이어 공노조는“성희롱 사건이 발생 후에도 시는 즉시 가해자와 피해자를 분리조치 하지 않는 등 피해자 보호와 지원대책이 마련하지 않고 있다”고 호소했다.
공노조는 “지난 3월16일 성희롱 사건이 발생해 20일 행정과 고충심의위원회에 상담을 한 이후 지난 5일 2차 고충상담한 내용이 외부로 유출되는 등 문제가 많았다”고 지적했다.
전국공무원노동조합 경남지역본부 진주시지부는“시는 성희롱 사건에 대한 철저한 조사와 함께 전체 직원을 대상으로 한 직장내 괴롭힘 관련 전수조사, 전 직원 폭력예방 교육을 실할 것”을 강력히 요구했다.
