7개 기관의 협력분야는 재정투자, 사업추진 여건개선, 재무부담 경감 및 수요확보 등을 위한 협력, 사업참여 방안, 타당성 검토 등 제반사항 협의 △실무협의회 구성 및 운영, 기본업무협약 체결 추진 등이다.
