【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=경주시의회는 17일 집중호우에 따른 피해를 사전 예방하고자 지난해 태풍 힌남노로 큰 피해를 입은 암곡 왕산마을과 불국 진티마을을 찾아 현장점검을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 현장점검은 전국적으로 비 피해가 극심한 가운데 홍수 취약지의재난 대응 체게와 재해 복구 공사 현장을 확인하고자 마련됐다.
이 자리에는 이철우 의장, 이동협 부의장, 한순희 위원장, 임활 위원장, 정종문 의원이 함께 했으며, 의원들은 계속되는 호우에 대비해 예찰을 강화해 위험징후가 감지되면 응급조치와 주민대피 등의 선제적 대응을 주문했다.
이철우 의장은 “ 비가 잠시 소강상태에 접어들었지만 앞으로도 많은 비가 예보된 만큼 시민 안전을 위해 집행부과 유관기관에서는 재해우려지역에 대한 사전 점검으로 인명피해와 재산피해가 없도록 만전을 기해달라” 고 당부했다.
