CJ프레시웨이는 지난 13일, 20일 양일간 서울 성동구 한양여자대학교 본관에서 암 요양병원 급식 영양사를 대상으로 ‘암 환자 영양관리 및 상담’ 교육을 진행했다. ‘한양여대 LINC 3.0 라이프케어 ICC’의 산업체 재직자 교육과정으로 진행된 이번 프로그램은 △암과 영양소 대사 △암 종류와 치료법에 따른 영양관리 △암 환자 영양상담기법 등의 강의가 진행됐다.
이번 교육에서는 암 질환별 임상 지식 습득, 현장 사례 기반의 암 환자 영양상담 실습을 통해 병원 급식 영양사의 실무 역량과 전문성을 높였다.
실제, CJ프레시웨이는 암 병원 급식 현장에서 계절별 암 전문 식단을 주기적으로 개발 운영하고, 개인별 맞춤 치료식과 영양 컨설팅을 제공하는 등 차별화된 영양관리 서비스를 선보이고 있다.
