이번 할인행사는 8월 1일부터 6일까지 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 오전 9시 30분에서 오후 5시 30분까지 신분증을 가지고 해파랑공원과 동광어시장 사이에 있는 부스를 방문하면 1인당 5,000원권 2매를 받을 수 있다.
영덕군은 이번 행사를 위해 총 7,200장의 쿠폰을 마련했으며, 강구면 동광어시장 35점포, 강구항어시장 10점포, 총 45점포에서 쿠폰을 사용할 수 있다.
