브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 기아는 4세대 쏘렌토의 상품성 개선 모델 ‘더 뉴 쏘렌토’를 오는 18일 출시하고, 본격적인 판매에 돌입한다고 17일 밝혔다.
기아는 쏘렌토에 △무선(OTA) 소프트웨어 업데이트 △e 하이패스(hi-pass) △스트리밍 플러스 △빌트인 캠 2 △기아 디지털 키 2 등 첨단 사양은 물론, △전방 충돌방지 보조(교차 차량/측방 접근차/추월시 대향차/회피 조향 보조 기능 포함) △고속도로 주행 보조 2(HDA 2) 등 첨단 운전자 보조 시스템도 적용했다.
아울러 △10 에어백 시스템 △프로젝션 타입 후진 가이드 램프 등 안전사양과, △디지털 센터 미러 △스마트 파워테일게이트 △운전석 에르고 모션 시트 △1열 릴렉션 컴포트 시트 등 다양한 편의사양을 더했다.
쏘렌토의 색상은 볼캐닉 샌드 브라운, 시티스케이프 그린, 인터스텔라 그레이 등 3종을 추가한 외장 5종과, 신규 색상 올리브 브라운을 포함한 내장 3종으로 운영된다.
