거창군, 건설공사 수의계약 총량제 관리 철저

[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 건설공사 1인 수의계약 시 계약업무의 투명성 확보와 군정의 신뢰 향상을 위해 기존 ‘수의계약 총량제’를 운영하면서 미비했던 점들을 보완해 시행한다고 6일 밝혔다.

2018년부터 경남도에서 최초로 수의계약 운영규정을 시행하고 있는 거창군은 특정업체에 일감몰아주기 등 의혹 해소를 위해 ‘수의계약 총량제’를 시행해 왔으나, 관서별로 통일되지 못한 계약기준 적용으로 인해 철저한 계약기준 관리 필요성이 다시금 대두됐다.

이에 당초 업체당 3건 또는 5,000만원 이하로 제한했던 계약기준을 변화된 업계의 현실을 고려해 면허 보유 수에 따라 업체당 최대 6건 또는 1억원까지 탄력적으로 적용하기로 했다.

또한, 관서별로 운영되고 있는 계약사항을 상시 모니터링해 지역 업체에 균등한 기회를 제공할 수 있도록 점검하고 군청 홈페이지에 계약 관련 정보를 신속하게 공개할 계획이다.
