브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 이랜드월드 패션사업부가 올해 하반기 대규모 신입사원 공개채용에 나선다. 하반기 신입공채 전형은 오는 18일부터 지원이 가능하다.
모집 직무는 △영업 △상품기획 △마케팅 △온라인MD △글로벌소싱(생산) △전략기획 △인사 부문 등 총 7개 직군의 신입사원을 모집한다. 서류접수 전형을 시작으로 ESAT 직무적성검사, 1차 면접(직무과제), 인턴, 최종면접 순으로 진행되며, 채용공고에 안내된 지원 자격을 갖춘다면 누구나 지원이 가능하다.
이번 채용에서는 그동안 진행하지 못했던 오프라인 채용설명회를 재개한다. 캐치카페 신촌점에서 채용설명회를 열어 지원자들을 직접 만나고, 현직자와의 직무 상담이 진행될 예정이다.
또한, 고려대·성균관대·한양대·중앙대 등 13개 대학에서 캠퍼스 리크루팅을 진행하여 이랜드월드의 조직문화와 핵심 가치, 복지 등을 소개하고 지원자들과 소통할 수 있는 시간도 마련했다.
