브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 기업 10곳 중 8곳은 올 추석 6일 모두 쉬는 것으로 조사됐다.
22일 한국경영자총협회에 따르면 전국 5인 이상 706개 기업을 대상으로 ‘2023년 추석 휴무 실태조사’를 실시한 결과, 추석 휴무 실시 기업의 82.5%가 ‘6일’간 쉰다.
‘5일 이하’ 휴무 기업은 14.8%였다. 그 이유로는 ‘일감 부담은 크지 않으나, 납기 준수 등 근무가 불가피해서’(46.6%)를 가장 많이 응답했다.
7일 이상’ 휴무 기업은 2.7%였으며, ‘일감이나 비용문제보다도 단체협약, 취업규칙에 따른 의무적 휴무 실시’(53.3%)를 가장 선택했다.
올해 추석상여금을 지급할 계획이라고 응답한 기업의 비중은 62.6%로, 지난해 64.1%보다 소폭 감소했다. 규모별로는 300인 이상 기업(70.9%)이 300인 미만 기업(61.5%)보다 높게 나타났다.
올해 추석상여금을 지급하는 기업을 대상으로 한 지급 방식에 대한 설문에서 ‘정기상여금으로만 지급’(63.6%)하는 경우가 가장 많았고, ‘별도상여금만 지급’(32.0%), ‘정기상여금 및 별도상여금 동시 지급’(4.4%) 순이었다.
추석상여금을 지급하는 기업 중 정기상여금 형식으로 지급하는 기업의 비중은 300인 이상이 88.4%(86.7%+1.7%)로, 300인 미만 64.7% (59.9%+4.8%)보다 높았다.
반면, 별도상여금을 지급하는 기업의 비중은 300인 미만이 40.1%(35.3%+4.8%)로 300인 이상 13.4%(11.7%+1.7%)보다 높게 나타났다.
별도 추석상여금을 지급하는 기업에 대한 ‘지급 수준’을 묻는 설문에서는 ‘작년과 비슷한 수준’이라는 응답이 87.9%로 가장 높았고, ‘작년보다 많이 지급’은 7.6%, ‘작년보다 적게 지급’ 4.5% 등이었다.
한편, 올해 연간 경영실적(영업이익)이 작년에 비해 어떻게 될 것으로 예상하는가에 대한 설문에서 ‘작년보다 악화’될 것이란 응답이 45.0%로 가장 많았다. ‘작년과 비슷한 수준’일 것이란 응답은 34.6%였고, ‘개선될 것’ 응답은 20.5%에 그쳤다.
규모별로는 경영실적이 작년보다 ‘개선될 것’이란 응답은 300인 이상 기업(28.2%)이 300인 미만 기업(19.4%)보다 8.8%p 높았다. ‘악화될 것’이란 응답은 300인 미만 기업(45.1%)과 300인 이상 기업(43.5%)이 큰 차이가 나지 않았다.
