브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차가 전기차 구매 보조금 지원을 한시적으로 확대하는 정부 정책에 발맞춰 ‘EV세일페스타’를 운영, 연말까지 할인 혜택을 제공할 예정이다.
현대차는 ‘EV세일페스타’를 통해 각 차종별로 정상가 기준 △아이오닉 5 400만원 △아이오닉 6 400만원 △코나EV 200만원의 할인 혜택을 제공할 계획이다.
이에 따라 아이오닉 5를 구매하는 경우 400만원의 구매 혜택(제조사 할인 320만원 및 전기차 충전 크레딧 80만원)에 더해 정부 추가 보조금 80만원을 추가로 공제받아 총 480만원의 할인 혜택이 적용된다.
현대차그룹은 전기차 초고속 충전소인 ‘이피트(E-pit)’를 통해 국내 전기차 생태계 구축을 위한 핵심 사업인 초고속 충전 인프라도 확대하고 있다.
이피트 충전소는 고객들의 전기차 충전 편의성을 높이고 국내 전기차 보급 활성화에 기여하고자 구축된 전기차 초고속 충전소다. 출력량 기준 국내 최고 수준인 350kW급 초고속 충전설비를 갖춘 것이 특징이다.
현대차그룹은 이피트 충전소를 25일 기준 서해안 고속도로 화성휴게소, 을지로 센터원, 국립중앙과학관 등 도심과 고속도로 각지에 총 214기를 운영하고 있으며 앞으로도 초고속 충전 인프라를 확대해나갈 예정이다.
