브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 롯데건설은 지난 6일 서울 서초구 잠원동에 위치한 본사에 AI시스템을 연계한 통합 영상관제시스템 ‘안전상황센터’를 개관했다고 10일 밝혔다.
이번에 개관한 안전상황센터는 롯데건설 전 현장에 설치된 CCTV를 본사에서도 실시간으로 모니터링해 이중으로 감지하고 사고 예방 및 신속한 조치가 이뤄지도록 마련됐다. 안전관리 전문가가 다양한 각도에서 촬영한 영상을 통해 눈에 띄지 않는 사각지대까지 놓치지 않고 관리할 계획이다.
또한, 안전상황센터뿐만 아니라 주택, 건축, 토목, 플랜트 각 사업본부에서도 모니터링할 수 있도록 영상 시스템을 구축해 시공 안전 관리에 만전을 기하며, 현장 안전 지도 및 점검 활동을 이어 나갈 예정이다.
특히, 롯데건설은 롯데정보통신과 개발한 ‘위험성평가 AI시스템’을 활용해 분석된 데이터를 바탕으로 난이도가 높은 현장을 선별하고, 중점적으로 모니터링한다. 태풍 및 지진 등 기상 특보시에도 현장 대응상태를 확인하며 비상상황도 대비할 예정이다.
롯데건설 박현철 부회장은 “안전을 최우선으로 하는 작업환경을 조성하기 위해 사고 예방 및 신속한 대응 조치 강화를 위한 안전상황센터를 구축하게 됐다”며 “롯데건설은 앞으로도 최선의 노력을 기울여 근로자들의 안전한 일터 만들기에 적극적으로 나설 것이다”고 말했다.
한편, 롯데건설은 지난 9월부터 안전보건제도 고도화를 위해 전문 컨설팅 회사를 통해 자문을 받고 있으며, 근로자를 위한 ‘핵심 안전수칙 61종’을 애니메이션으로 영상화해 쉽고 직관적인 안전수칙 이해를 도와 근로자 안전보건 의식수준을 향상하기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다.
또한, 지난해 2월에는 경기도 오산에 위치한 안전체험관 ‘세이프티 온’을 개관해 롯데건설 전 직원을 대상으로 안전 교육을 진행했으며, 파트너사 직원들에게도 교육 및 체험의 기회를 제공해 안전 의식을 고취시켜 중대재해를 예방하기 위해 노력하고 있다.
