브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 올해 도시정비사업 분야에서 수주금액 1조원을 돌파했다고 30일 밝혔다.
대우건설은 지난 21일 청주사모2구역 재개발 정비사업의 시공사로 선정되며 올 한해 누적수주액 1조1154억을 달성했다.
청주사모2구역 재개발정비사업조합은 지난 21일 시공사 선정을 위한 임시총회를 개최하며 그랜드사업단(대우건설 지분 25%)을 최종 시공사로 선정했다.
청주사모2구역은 지하 4층~지상 29층 50개동 아파트 4148세대와 부대복리시설을 신축하는 사업으로 도급액은 2801억(대우건설 분)이다.
이로써 대우건설은 올해 도시정비사업 분야에서 △신정4구역 재건축 △구로보광아파트 재건축 △청주사모2구역 재개발 등 총 3개 프로젝트의 시공권을 획득하며 1조1154억원의 수주고를 올렸다.
대우건설은 지난해 도시정비사업에서만 수주금액 5조원을 넘기며 한해 최고 수주기록을 달성했으나, 올해에는 시장의 불확실성이 확대됨에 따라 경쟁력 있는 사업지 선별수주에 나서고 있다.
대우건설 관계자는 “공사비와 금리가 지나치게 상승하며 시장리스크가 확대됨에 따라 수주 목표금액 달성을 위한 양적수주 보다는 내실강화를 위한 선별수주에 주력하고 있다”며 “조합과 시공사 모두가 윈윈 할 수 있도록 사업의 질을 높이는 데에 집중할 계획이다”고 전했다.
한편, 대우건설은 올 한해 남은기간에도 추가수주를 위해 공들이고 있다. 여의도 재건축 1호 사업지로 부상한 공작아파트 재건축사업에 대우건설은 지난 1차 단독입찰에 이어 다가오는 11월 20일 2차 입찰에도 참여할 예정이다.
루브르 박물관을 설계한 세계적인 건축거장 ‘장 미셸 빌모트’가 설계를 맡으며, 여의도의 새로운 랜드마크를 계획중인 대우건설은 공작아파트 수주를 통해 향후 여의도 추가 진출의 교두보를 마련하겠다는 계획이다.
