국가철도공단, ‘올해의 프로젝트 대상(大賞)’ 수상

국가철도공단(이하 공단)이 ‘2023년 프로젝트 대상(大賞)’을 수상했다.

30일 공단에 따르면 국가철도공단은 진접선복선전철 건설사업의 성공적인 사업관리 성과를 인정받아 (사)한국프로젝트경영협회에서 주관하는 ‘2023년 교통시설부문 대상을 수상했다고 밝혔다.

‘올해의 프로젝트 대상’은 한국의 프로젝트관리 발전에 기여한 기관의 우수사례를 산업계에 보급·확산하기 위해 (사)한국프로젝트경영협회에서 매년 선정한다.

공단은 진섭선 복선전철 건설과정에서 건설사업관리자와 시공사 간 연계되는 사업관리시스템을 적극 활용해 체계적인 예산관리와 공정관리로 사업비 절감과 공기단축을 이끌어냈다.

이로인해 이해관계자와의 협의체 운영과 국제프로젝트 관리 전문가(PMP)* 중심의 조직운영 통해 리스크(risk)를 관리하는 등 효율적인 사업관리 역량을 높였다는 평가받았다.

한편, 진접선복선전철은 지난해 3월 개통한 최초 도시철도 연장형 광역철도 사업으로 4호선의 종점인 당고개역에서 진접지구인 진접역까지 14.9km를 전철이다.
