브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차그룹은 오는 13일까지 역량 있는 신입 소프트웨어 인재를 직접 양성하고, 우수 교육생을 조기 확보하는 채용연계형 교육과정 ‘소프티어 부트캠프(Softeer Boot Camp) 3기’의 참가자를 모집한다고 3일 밝혔다.
소프티어는 소프트웨어(Software)와 엔지니어(Engineer)의 합성어로, 차량 소프트웨어 분야의 개척자(Frontier)라는 현대차그룹 개발자의 정체성을 담은 브랜드다.
이번 부트캠프에는 현대자동차와 기아, 현대오토에버가 참여한다.
현대차그룹은 △Web 개발 △모바일 개발 △서비스 기획 △디자인 등 4개 부문 총 90여명 규모로 참가자를 선발한다. 지원은 공식 홈페이지를 통해 가능하며, 자세한 모집 요강도 확인할 수 있다.
3기 부트캠프의 지원 대상은 2023년 8월 졸업자나 2024년 8월 국내외 4년제 대학(학사 이상) 졸업 예정자다.
소프티어 부트캠프는 별도 면접 과정 없이 각 직무 별 기초 역량 평가만으로 참가자를 선정하고, 12월부터 내년 2월까지 총 8주간의 교육을 통해 소프트웨어 개발자로서의 역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.
