브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 기아가 쏘카와 협업해 고객이 레이 EV를 보다 쉽게 경험할 수 있도록 한다.
기아는 전국의 쏘카 공유차량 대여지점인 쏘카존에 ‘더 기아 레이 EV(레이 EV)’를 배치하고, 차량 공유 서비스를 실시한다고 6일 밝혔다.
이번 서비스에서 레이 EV 4인승 승용 모델의 에어(Air) 트림이 운영된다. 에어 트림은 첨단 운전자 보조 시스템(ADAS)과 운전석 풀 폴딩 시트, 운전석 통풍시트 등 각종 편의사양을 갖춘 것이 특징이다.
운영 모델은 선택 품목인 드라이브 와이즈 II도 추가돼 고객들이 △후측방 충돌방지 보조 △후방 교차 충돌방지 보조 △안전 하차 경고와 같은 다양한 안전장치를 경험할 수 있게 했다.
이용을 원하는 고객은 쏘카 애플리케이션을 활용해 쏘카존에서 직접 대여하거나 원하는 장소로 차량을 호출하는 부름 서비스를 사용하고 결제하면 된다.
