솜사탕은 에버랜드, 캐리비안 베이, 홈브리지 등 에버랜드 리조트를 이용하는 모든 고객들이 누릴 수 있는 통합 멤버십 제도로, 솜(포인트) 적립, 토핑(쿠폰) 증정, 스페셜 체험 참여 기회 등 누구나 다양한 이용 혜택을 받을 수 있다.
특히, 기존 에버랜드와 캐리비안 베이로 각각 나눠져 있던 모바일앱도 솜사탕 멤버십 출시와 함께 에버랜드 리조트 통합 앱으로 새롭게 리뉴얼 론칭돼 더욱 편리하게 이용할 수 있다.
