[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 9일 2024 합천댐주변지역 주민지원 공모사업에 선정된 ‘행복한 쇠빛마을 에코-세이프 조성 프로젝트’ 추진을 위해 군수실에서 한국수자원공사와 업무협약을 체결했다.

이날 협약식에는 구인모 군수와 이준열 한국수자원공사 합천댐지사장 등 관계자들이 참석해 원활한 사업 추진을 위한 상호 협력을 약속했다.

‘행복한 쇠빛마을 에코-세이프 조성 프로젝트’는 지난 9월 공모사업에 선정됐으며 사업비로 5억원이 투입된다.

김천리 마을 내 노후주택의 외관 정비와 좁고 어두운 골목길의 포트 홀 및 지하 구조물을 보강해 안전한 생활환경을 구축하고 친환경 자원을 활용한 테마 골목길 조성으로 마을 경관을 개선하는 사업으로 쾌적하고 안전한 생활환경 조성을 목표로 추진된다.

구인모 군수는 “좁고 어두운 골목길 정비를 통해 주민들의 정주 여건이 개선되고 테마 골목길을 조성해 마을 분위기 쇄신과 안전한 골목길 환경이 제공될 것으로 기대한다”며 “한국수자원공사와 협력해 성공적으로 사업이 추진될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
