브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차는 오는 13일부터 ‘2024년 서비스 엔지니어 인턴’ 모집을 시작한다고 10일 밝혔다.
이번 채용을 통해 현대차는 전국 22개 직영 하이테크센터에서 차량을 정밀 진단 및 분석하고, 고난도 정비 업무를 수행할 채용전환형 인턴사원을 선발한다.
현대차는 채용의 문을 넓히는 동시에 급변하고 있는 자동차 산업 환경에 대응하기 위해 전공에 제한을 두지 않고 자동차 관련 전공자뿐만 아니라 전기전자, 소프트웨어, 융합공학계열 등 다양한 분야에서 역량과 경쟁력을 갖춘 인재를 모집한다.
특히, 이번 채용은 미래 모빌리티 전환에 맞춰 기존의 자동차 기능 정비뿐만 아니라 전기·전자, IT/SW 등에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 하이테크 진단 및 고난도 정비까지 수행 가능한 인재를 육성하는 것이 목적이다.
지원 자격은 학사 학위 취득(예정)자로 전공제한이 없다. 단, 진단/정비 관련 우수 역량을 보유한 경우 학위와 무관하게 지원 가능하다.
인턴 희망자는 오는 30일 오후 5시까지 현대차 채용 홈페이지를 통해 지원할 수 있다.
채용절차는 △서류전형 △인적성 검사(HMAT, Hyundai Motor group Aptitude Test) △면접전형 순으로 진행된다. 선발된 인턴을 대상으로 2024년 2월부터 약 5주간 정비 직무를 습득할 수 있는 기초 기술교육과 현업 실습을 진행할 예정이다.
