브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 아파트 증축형 리모델링사업에 적용하기 위해 자체 개발한 ‘특화 평면’을 리뉴얼 했다고 14일 밝혔다.
증축형 리모델링은 준공 후 15년이 넘은 단지중 안전진단 C등급 이상(수직증축은 B등급 이상)을 받으면 가능하다. 대우건설은 근래 리모델링 추진 단지가 늘어남에 따라 2021년 2건 5721억원, 2022년에는 4건 1조3870억원의 수주고를 쌓으며 리모델링 시장에 복귀했다.
대우건설은 2022년 4월 리모델링사업에 도입할 4가지 타입의 특화평면을 자체 개발했고, 올해도 지속적인 리모델링 상품 및 기술개발을 추진해 작년 개발한 특화 평면을 리뉴얼했다.
특화 평면은 비확장 발코니와 욕실 및 수납 공간 부족 등 리모델링 전 구축 아파트들이 가지고 있었던 여러 구조적인 문제점을 해결하는 방향으로 개발됐으며, 올해 발표한 ‘푸르지오 에디션 2023’에 소개된 최신 주거상품도 도입됐다.
리모델링 특화 평면은 기존 아파트의 구조에 따라 △계단식 관통형 △계단식 일반형 △복도식 1Bay △복도식 2Bay 등 총 4가지 타입으로 나뉜다.
