이번 예비입주자 추가 모집은 지난 9월 1차 모집을 진행했으나, 다자녀 유형 입주자 모집 미달로 인해 추가로 진행한다.
신청 자격은 모집 공고일(11월 24일) 현재 두 명 이상의 자녀를 양육하는 무주택세대 구성원으로 해당 세대의 월평균 소득이 전년도 도시근로자 가구당 월평균 소득의 70% 이하, 총자산 3억 6,100만 원 이하, 자동차 가액 3,683만 원 이하, 타 지역 거주자가 우선이다.
다자녀 유형은 전용면적 84㎡(약 25평)로 시중 시세의 30~40% 수준의 임대보증금과 임대료를 부담해야 하고, 입주 자격을 유지하면 2년씩 최대 20년까지 거주할 수 있다.
