이번 협약은 민·형사 사건 해결의 핵심 요소인 ‘증거 수집’과 ‘법률 대응’을 하나의 체계로 연결해 의뢰인에게 보다 입체적이고 효율적인 서비스를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
