한울본부 2천 4백여 명의 직원들과 회사가 매칭그랜트 형식으로 조성한 성금7천만 원을 4일 울진군에 전달했다.
한울본부는 올 한해 명절맞이 취약계층 및 사회복지시설 지원, 집중호우 피해 복구 지원, 북한이탈주민 주거환경 개선 사업, 경북 사회복지공동모금회 기부금 기탁 등 다양한 사회공헌활동을 펼쳤다.
또한, 울진 관내 복지시설과 처·소별로 자매결연을 맺어 지속적인 지원을 위해 최선을 다했다. 지난달에는 겨울을 맞아 7천만 원에 달하는 김장김치 4천 1백 포기를 지원하기도 했다.
이세용 본부장은 “우리 본부가 전달한 성금이 주변의 어려운 이웃에게 온기를 전하는 따뜻한 등불이 되길 바란다”고 소망을 전했다.
한울본부는 내년에도 나눔 문화 확산에 힘쓰며 도움이 필요한 이웃이 추운 겨울을따뜻하게 날 수 있도록 세심한 사랑의 손길을 펼쳐나갈 예정이다.
