브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 롯데건설이 전 임직원을 대상으로 사내벤처 사전 교육 프로그램과 아이디어 구체화 워크숍을 진행했다.
사내벤처는 임직원이 사업 아이디어를 제안하고 회사의 지원을 받아 사내에 자율적이고 독립적인 조직을 운영하는 것을 말하며, 이번 교육 프로그램은 사내벤처 운영에 앞서 임직원의 창의적 조직문화 형성과 사내벤처 이해도를 높이기 위해 마련됐다.
더인벤션랩과 함께 진행한 이번 교육은 △사내벤처 출신 스타트업 웍스메이트 김세원 대표 특강 △사내벤처 및 스타트업의 이해 강의 △비즈니스모델(BM) 수립 강의 △아이디어 구체화 워크숍 등 다양한 온∙오프라인 프로그램으로 구성됐다.
더인벤션랩은 기업 맞춤형 교육 뿐만 아니라 오픈이노베이션 프로젝트를 통해 유망 초기 스타트업을 발굴하고 시드 투자를 집행하는 스타트업 액셀러레이팅(육성) 전문기관이다.
