대전 대덕구가 올해 1월 1일 기준 개별공시지가 산정을 위한 사전 심의 절차를 마무리했다.

심의 결과에 따르면 올해 대덕구의 개별공시지가는 전년 대비 2.1% 상승한 것으로 나타났다.
평균 지가는 30만 4,000원으로 집계됐다. 구는 이번 심의 결과를 바탕으로 오는 30일 지가를 최종 결정·공시할 계획이다.
공시된 가격에 이의가 있는 토지 소유자나 이해관계인은 이달 30일부터 내달 29일까지 30일간, 구청 토지정보과에 '이의신청서'를 직접 제출하거나 우편 접수 등의 방법으로 재검증 신청을 할 수 있다.
