브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설이 안산 주공6단지 재건축 사업 수주 총력전에 나섰다. 대우건설은 안산 주공6단지에 FOREST에 PLATINUM을 더한 합성어인 ‘푸르지오 포레티넘’을 제안했다.
안산 주공6단지 재건축 사업은 경기도 안산시 단원구 고잔동 일원의 590세대 17개동 최고 5층 아파트를 약 1000세대 7개동 최고 38층 아파트로 재건축하는 사업으로 오는 23일 소유자 전체회의를 통해 시공자를 선정한다.
한편, 대우건설은 지난 36년 동안 안산 고잔신도시 9개 푸르지오 단지 조성 등 신도시 개발과 세계 최초·최대 규모의 시화호 조력 발전소를 건설했다.
특히, 주택사업의 경우, 2001년 안산 푸르지오 1차를 시작으로 안산 원곡연립1단지를 재건축한 안산 푸르지오 브리파크까지 18개 단지 2만2510세대를 공급했다.
대우건설 관계자는 “대우건설은 창립 이후 50년기간 중 36년간 안산과 함께해온 든든한 동반자로써, 신속한 사업 추진과 월드클래스 설계를 통해 주공6단지를 안산을 대표하는 푸르지오 랜드마크로 탈바꿈 시키겠다”고 말했다.
