이번 축제는 가족 단위 방문객들이 회룡포의 아름다운 자연경관과 완연한 봄의 정취를 직접 느끼며 즐길 수 있도록 체험 중심 프로그램으로 꾸며진다. 축제는 매일 오전 10시부터 오후 5시까지 운영되며, 주말과 공휴일에는 공연과 이벤트가 확대돼 한층 풍성한 볼거리를 제공할 예정이다.
주요 프로그램으로는 ▲직접 꾸미는 ‘나만의 봄빛 거울 만들기’ ▲회룡포 지형을 활용한 미션형 체험 ‘공룡 미로 대탈출’ ▲추억을 남길 수 있는 ‘인생사진 포토부스’ 등이 마련된다.
또 스탬프 투어 형식의 ‘회룡포 시크릿 어드벤처’를 통해 축제장 곳곳을 탐험할 수 있으며, 미션을 완료한 참가자에게는 ‘내 손으로 키우는 봄(모종 심기)’ 체험 기회가 제공된다.
회룡포의 넓은 백사장을 활용한 가족 레크리에이션 ‘도전 모래박사!’에서는 모래 썰매 대결, 모래성 깃발 게임, 고고학 발굴 체험 등 온 가족이 함께 즐길 수 있는 프로그램이 운영된다. 현장에서는 별도 준비물 없이 참여할 수 있도록 모래놀이 키트 대여 서비스도 제공된다.
축제 기간 대형 비눗방울과 풍선 퍼포먼스가 어우러진 ‘버블 판타지 공연’이 매일 2회 진행된다. 또한 축제장 곳곳을 누비는 ‘코니와 풍선 아저씨’ 이벤트도 열려 어린이 방문객들에게 즐거움을 선사할 예정이다.
이와 함께 돗자리 등 피크닉 세트 대여 서비스도 운영돼 방문객들은 푸드트럭과 플리마켓 먹거리를 즐기며 회룡포의 봄 풍경 속에서 여유로운 시간을 보낼 수 있다.
축제 첫날인 25일부터 26일까지 이틀간 회룡포 인근 용궁역 일원에서는 ‘2026 예천 용궁순대축제’도 함께 열린다.
행사에서는 ▲용궁순대를 현대적으로 재해석한 ‘용궁미식컵’ ▲블라인드 테스트로 용궁순대를 찾는 ‘순믈리에’ ▲직접 재료를 조합해 만드는 ‘순대 연구소’ 등 다양한 프로그램이 운영돼 먹거리 즐거움까지 더할 예정이다.
예천군 관계자는 “이번 축제는 회룡포의 자연을 배경으로 방문객들이 직접 참여하고 머무를 수 있는 콘텐츠 강화에 중점을 뒀다”며 “가족과 친구, 연인과 함께 찾아 봄의 정취를 만끽하고 소중한 추억을 만들길 바란다”고 말했다.

A sand play kit rental service is also available on-site, allowing visitors to participate without bringing any equipment.
During the festival, the ‘Bubble Fantasy Performance,’ combining large soap bubbles and balloon performances, will be held twice daily. Furthermore, the ‘Cony and the Balloon Man’ event, roaming throughout the festival grounds, is set to bring joy to visiting children.
