㈜케이발리너스(이하 발리너스)와 동서울대학교가 VIP경호 전문 인재 양성을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.
동서울대학교 경호스포츠과는 국가와 사회의 안전 그리고 가정과 개인의 신변을 보호하기 위하여 일반 경호뿐만아니라 드론 특수경호 , vip안전은 물론 다양한 스포츠프로그램으로 건강까지 책임질 수 있는 경호/스포츠 분야의 전문 인력 양성에 힘쓰고 있다.
특히 재학생들에게 직무 역량 기반 자기 설계 로드맵으로, 교육 과정 선택 능력을 배양하고민간 경호를 위한 특화된 교과목편성으로 테이져건사격 시뮬레이션, 공기권총 사격, 드론 관련 자격(조종사 ,정비사, 코딩, 촬영),전문 생활지도사 자격(스키,스킨스쿠버,국제 응급처치자격EFR), 교양, 비교과학습의 유기적 연계로 올바른 직업관 및 미래 진로를 설계할 수 있도록 교육하고 있다.
발리너스와 학교는 이번 협약을 통해 ▲VIP경호 교육 과정 개발·운영 등 수요 맞춤형 교육 협조 ▲맞춤형 VIP경호 교육 양성 인재 교류 및 채용 ▲산업체 요구에 맞는 인력 양성을 위한 시설 인프라, 재직자 교육 등 상호 협력 등을 위해 추진한다.
구동욱 동서울대학교 경호스포츠과 교수는 “이번 협약으로 국내에서 유일하게 VIP경호 실무 교육 과정에 이어 전문가 특강 등을 연계할 수 있다”며“향후 발리너스와 함께 더욱 체계적으로 Vip의전 및 실무형 경호 인력을 배출할 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
김진희 ㈜케이발리너스 대표(박사)는“운동을 통해 다듬어진 기본적인 움직임과 함께 태극권, 절권도 등을 비롯한 새로운 접근 방식을 발견했다”며“김 박사만의 창의적인 운동 플랫폼 개발을 통해, 경호스포츠과의 선제적인 협력 관계 구축이 학생의 역량 개발과 핵심 발전의 계기가 될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
K-Ballinus Co., Ltd. and Dong Seoul National University have signed a business agreement to cultivate VIP protection professionals. Dong Seoul National University has been selected as the "University Job Center Project" by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for four consecutive years for the operation of various employment career programs and promotion of youth employment policies. It has been making good results both internally and externally, including being selected as a general financial support university in the evaluation of basic competency of universities evaluated by the Ministry of Education every three years.
In particular, the Department of Security Sports at Dong Seoul National University has advanced industrialization and urbanization, making it difficult for the modern society to respond to crimes with only state authority. Therefore, in order to protect the safety of the country and society, as well as the safety of families and individuals, we are striving to cultivate professional manpower in the field of security/sports that can take responsibility for health through various sports programs as well as drone special security and VIP safety.
In particular, it teaches students to design the right job view and future career path by developing their ability to choose curriculum with a job competency-based self-design roadmap and organizing specialized courses for civilian security. Taser gun shooting, air pistol shooting, drone-related qualifications (pilot, mechanic, coding, filming), professional life instructor qualifications (ski, skin scuba, international first aid qualification EFR), liberal arts, and comparative learning.
Through this agreement, Ballinus and the school will promote mutual cooperation such as ▲ VIP security curriculum development and operation, ▲ customized VIP security education training talent exchange and recruitment ▲ facility infrastructure to cultivate manpower suitable for industry needs, and employee education.
"With this agreement, we are the only one in Korea that can link special lectures by experts following the VIP security practical curriculum," said Dong Seoul National University professor Koo Dong-wook. "We expect to produce Vip's full and practical security personnel more systematically with Ballinus in the future."
Kim Jin-hee, CEO (Doctor) of K-Ballinus Co., Ltd., said, "We have discovered a new approach, including Taegeukgwon and Jeoldoongdo, along with basic movements refined through exercise. Through Dr. Kim's own creative exercise platform development, we expect the establishment of a preemptive cooperative relationship with security sports will serve as an opportunity for the development of students' competencies and key development."
