금융기관인 서울 강동농협(조합장=박성직)의 베트남 해외연수(12월3일-7일)에 참여했다.
12월6일, 다낭의 니케비치 해변을 관광하게 됐다. 이 해변의 길이는 20km에 달한다. 에머랄드 색의 바다는 한(恨)을 품고 있다고 한다. 베트남 전쟁에서 북쪽 월맹군이 승리하자 다낭 사람들은 보트피플이 되어 탈출을 시도했다. 패전의 아픔을 경험했다.
손짜 반도에 영응사(신령한 영이 응대해주는 절)가 건립됐다. 이 곳에 76m의 해수관음상이 세워졌다. 이 나라 사람들의 한(恨)을 달래는, 또는 기복을 희구하는 사찰이었다.
