브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 직장인들은 수시로 커리어를 체크하면서도, 현재 하는 일이 커리어 관리에 도움이 되는 일인가에 대한 고민도 큰 것으로 나타났다.
21일 잡코리아에 따르면 직장인 1164명을 대상으로 ‘수시로 커리어를 체크하는가’ 질문한 결과, 절반이 넘는 70.4%의 직장인이 ‘그렇다’고 답했다.
연령대 별로는 20대 직장인 중 ‘수시로 커리어를 체크한다’는 응답자가 72.3%로 가장 많았고, 30대 직장인 70.9%, 40대 직장인 68.8%로 순이었다.
‘어떤 방법으로 커리어를 체크하는가’에 대해 조사한 결과에서는 ‘역량을 높일 수 있는 일을 한다’는 응답자가 40.0%로 가장 많았다. 이어 ‘정기적으로 업무 성과를 기록한다(33.6%)’, ‘매년 자기개발 목표를 세우고 확인한다(30.0%)’, ‘중장기적으로 커리어 목표를 세워 관리한다(29.4%)’ 등이었다.
