브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 바인그룹은 연말을 맞아 본사가 위치한 동대문구 지역사회 내 소외 저소득층 아동-청소년 지원을 위해 청소년 영양제 후원 및 기부금을 전달했다고 26일 밝혔다.
바인그룹이 동대문구 저소득층 아동-청소년을 위한 기부금 전달은 2020년부터 올해로 3년 째로, 기부금은 다 함께 행복한 세상을 만드는 의미를 지닌 사내 기부캠페인인 ‘다행이지 기부캠페인’으로 모집한다.
매칭그랜트 형식으로, 임직원 및 구성원들이 자발적인 참여로 소득의 일부를 기부에 동참하면 기업에서도 같은 금액을 기부하는 방식이다.
이번 기부금은 동대문구의 소외계층 아동, 청소년 50명에게 후원품과 함께 기증했다.
바인그룹 사회공헌팀은 “바인그룹은 ‘청소년의 건강한 미래를’ 이라는 ESG슬로건을 바탕으로 교육지원, 물품기증, 자기성장 사회공헌 프로그램 등 청소년들을 위한 다양한 활동을 이어오고 있다”며 “구성원과 함께하는 기부캠페인은 청소년들에게 더 직접적인 도움이 가능해 매해 참가하는 구성원의 비율이 높아지고 있다”고 전했다.
한편, 바인그룹은, 청소년 지원 뿐 아니라 쌀, 김장나눔 등 지역사회와 소외계층을 위한 꾸준한 상생 활동과 물품기증 등의 봉사활동도 진행하고 있다.
