[신년사] 청양군 의회
존경하는 청양군민 여러분!
푸른 용이 승천하는 2024년 갑진년 새해가 밝았습니다.
가슴 한편에 희망의 빛을 밝히고 새해를 맞이할 준비도 하였습니다.
지난 2023년 한 해를 돌이켜보면 고난과 시련의 연속이었습니다.
우리 군을 강타한 집중호우는 많은 군민들에게 시련을 주었기 때문입니다.
그러나 시련 가운데에서 희망도 보았습니다.
많은 자원봉사자들의 손길과 더불어 한여름 뙤약볕에서도 복구 작업에 구슬땀을 흘린 군민들의 의지는 희망을 쏘기에 충분했습니다.
군민들께서 쏘아 올린 희망은 이제 청양의 등불이 되어 더욱 밝게 비출 것입니다.
이는 청양을 사랑하는 군민 한분 한분의 자발적인 동참과 희생이 있었기에 가능하였습니다.
군민들의 아낌없는 희생과 동참에 청양군의회도 함께하겠습니다.
비록 부족한 면도 없지 않습니다.
이에 2024년 청양군의회는 변화하는 청양의 초석을 쌓기 위해 의정역량 강화에 힘쓰겠습니다.
첫째, 민생의 현장에서 늘 군민과 소통하고 함께 하겠습니다.
둘째, 공부하는 의회로 거듭나 현안에 발 빠르게 대응하고 정책 능력의 전문성을 강화하겠습니다.
셋째, 군민의 민의에 능동적으로 반응하고 현안 문제해결에 역량을 집중하겠습니다.
