계속되어온 경기 침체와 부동산 거래 감소에 따라 지방세입 및 정부와 경기도의 교부금 감액으로 재정자립도와 재정자주도가 큰 폭으로 하락하며 예산 사정이 매우 어려운 상황입니다.
이러한 어려운 재정 여건을 감안하여 소모성 경비를 최소화하고 행사성 예산 규모를 줄이는 등 올해 예산을 긴축 편성했습니다.
