25일 잡코리아에 따르면 최근 남녀 직장인 1671명을 대상으로 ‘올해 이직할 계획이 있는가?’ 질문한 결과, 전체 응답자 중 92.3%가 ‘그렇다’고 답했고, 연차가 높은 직장인 사이에서 이직을 계획하는 이들이 더 많은 것으로 집계됐다.
경력 1년 미만의 신입직 직장인 사이에서는 78.6%가 ‘올해 이직 계획이 있다’고 답했고, △1~3년차(90.9%) △4~6년차(94.1%) △7~9년차(95.6%) △10년차 이상(94.9%) 순이었다.
