울진범군민대책위원회, 신한울 3·4호기 건설 재개로 헌법소원 소송 목적 달성 '소송 취하'

울진범군민대책위원회장유덕 외 309명 등은 지난 2021년 5월 28일 신한울 3·4호기 건설중단 위법성검증 국민감사청구에 대하여 감사원에서 기각결정 함에 따라 헌법소원심판을 청구했다.

그러나 탈원전 정책 폐기와 신한울 3,4호기 건설 재개로헌법소원 소송의 목적 달성 됨에 따라 2023년 11월 7일 소송 취하서를 제출해 2024년 1월 30일 취하 결정됐다.

울진범군민대책위원회(집행위원장 김윤기)는 “신한울 건설 3,4호기 건설 재개로 헌법소원소송 취하결정했다. 이에 앞으로도 울진군의 더 큰 발전과지역상생 결실을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.

울진군 의회 장유덕 의원은 “참여와 응원하여 주신 모든 분들께 감사드리며, 울진군의 발전을 위해 더 열심히 노력하겠다”라고 밝혔다
