2024년 달라지는 주요 제도와 시책은 ▲시민생활·세제 분야 ▲투자·기업·창업·일자리 분야 ▲사회복지·보건 분야 ▲여성·가족·보육 분야 ▲주거·교통·안전 분야 ▲농림·축산 분야 ▲문화·체육 분야 ▲환경·에너지 분야 총 8개 분야 90여 개 사업이다.
우선, 시민생활·세제 분야는 행정과 주민 간 가교 역할을 수행하는 이·통장의 기본수당 기준액이 월 30만원에서 월 40만원으로 인상된다.
또 국세 신고세액공제율을 고려해 자동차세 연납 공제율을 연차적으로 인하한다.
