국립김해박물관이 상설전시실을 전면 리모델링 해 ‘세계유산 가야’를 주제로 새롭게 문을 열었다.
이번 개편으로 유네스코가 지정한 세계유산 가야의 역사와 문화를 만나볼 수 있다.
대성동 고분군은 1~5세기 가야 연맹을 구성했던 금관가야의 대표 고분군으로 작년 9월 유네스코 세계유산으로 등재됐다.
가야 정치체가 공유한 고분의 여러 가지 속성의 이른 시기 유형을 잘 보여주며 바로 옆 대성동 고분박물관에서 대성동 고분군에서 발굴한 유물과 자료들도 확인할 수 있다.
김해 대표 복합문화공간인 김해가야테마파크는 겨울 시즌 동안 겨울 대표 콘텐츠 눈썰매장을 운영하고 있으며 ‘가야 일루미네이션’등 눈과 빛을 접목한 다양한 행사를 개최한다.
특히 설 연휴 기간인 2월 9일부터 12일까지는 설날 특집 ‘2024 청룡아 가야에서 놀자’ 행사도 진행된다.
김해천문대는 김해가야테마파크를 간다면 함께 가기 좋은 관광지이다.
특히 정월대보름인 24일에는 기존 운영 중인 프로그램과 전시관을 비롯해‘정월대보름 달맞이 특별 이벤트’도 개최된다.
