군에 따르면 이번 사업은 농어업과 농어촌이 가지는 공익적 가치를 유지ㆍ증진하는 농어민에게 지역화폐를 지급하는 사업으로, 올해부터는 모바일 접수 활성화를 위하여 18일까지는 모바일 접수만 가능하며, 방문 접수는 19일부터 주소지 읍면사무소에서 할 수 있다.
올해 농어민수당 지급대상자는 농업ㆍ임업ㆍ어업경영체에 등록한 경영주로 2022년 12월 31일 이전까지 경영체 등록을 마치고, 같은 날 기준 경상북도에 1년 이상 거주하면서 실제 농어업에 종사하는 농어민이다.
단 농어업 외의 종합소득금액이 3,700만원 이상인 자, 신청년도 이전 5년간 직불금 등 보조금을 부정수급한 자, △공무원 및 공공기관 임직원, 신청연도 이전 5년간 농지법, 산지관리법, 가축전염병 예방법, 수산업법을 위반해 처분을 받은 자, 농어민수당 지급 대상 경영주의 배우자, 경영주와 실제 거주를 같이하면서 세대를 분리한 자는 지급 대상에서 제외된다.
농어민수당 최종 지급대상자로 선정된 농어민에게는 농가당 60만원(상반기 30만원, 하반기 30만원)을 울진사랑카드 충전방식으로 지급할 예정이다.
손병복 울진군수는“농어민수당 지급을 통해 울진군 농어민의 자긍심을 키우고 지속가능한 농어업환경 조성에 도움이 되는 계기가 되기를 바란다”라며 농어민들이 기한 내에 신청할 것을 당부했다.
