세종교육청은 16일 세종교육원 1층 대강당에서 본청 및 직속 기관, 각급 학교 등 교육공무직원과 급여 업무 담당자 300여 명을 대상으로 ‘2024년 상반기 교육공무직원 복무 및 급여 연수’를 실시한다.
이번 연수는 교육공무직원 복무 및 급여 업무 담당자의 업무 전문성을 키우고 업무 처리 정확성을 높이기 위해 실무 중심으로 준비했다.
업무 담당자의 원활한 이해를 돕기 위해 오전에는 교육공무직원의 전반적인 이해 및 복무 관련 교육과 오후에는 교육공무직원의 급여 관련 교육으로 나눠 진행된다.
연수는 ▲교육공무직원 복무 및 급여 이해 및 4세대 지능형 나이스 시스템 교육 ▲2023년 교육공무직원 임금 교섭 주요 내용 안내 및 신분 변동 시 급여 처리 방법 등 실무에 도움이 되도록 구성했다.
이번 연수에서는 질의응답 시간을 충분히 제공해 업무 담당자들의 궁금증 해소에 많은 도움이 되도록 할 계획이다.
정광태 교육행정국장은 “교육공무직원의 복무와 급여 업무는 매월 반복되는 일상 업무이지만, 복잡하고 정확성이 필요한 업무이므로 기관 담당자의 역할이 매우 중요하다.”라며 “이번 연수가 업무 담당자들의 실무 능력 향상뿐만 아니라 업무 처리에도 많은 도움이 되기를 바란다.”라고 말했다.
