브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 오는 4월 10일 총선에서 국민의힘과 더불어민주당을 지지하겠다는 여론이 오차범위 내에서 경합하는 것으로 나타났다.
16일 여론조사 전문기관 한국갤럽이 지난 13일부터 15일까지 전국 만 18세 이상 유권자 1002명을 대상으로 주요 정당별 총선 지지 의향 여부를 묻은 결과, 국민의힘 '지지 의향' 42%, '지지 의향 없음' 50%이며 민주당은 '지지 의향' 36%, '지지 의향 없음' 54%였다.
양당간 격차는 6%p로, 오차범위(표본 오차 95% 신뢰 수준에 ±3.1%p) 내에서 국민의힘이 소폭 앞선 것으로 나타났다.
이어 개혁신당은 '지지 의향' 15%, '지지 의향 없음' 73%, 녹색정의당은 '지지 의향' 11%, '지지 의향 없음' 77%였다.
현재 지지하는 정당별로 보면, 국민의힘 지지자와 민주당 지지자의 약 90%는 총선에서도 현재 지지 정당을 지지할 것이라고 답했다.
또한 제3지대 승리를 희망한다는 응답자 181명 가운데 47%는 개혁신당을 지지한다고 밝혔으며 뒤 이어 민주당 28%, 녹색정의당 23%, 국민의힘 17% 순으로 꼽았다.
아울러 '여당인 국민의힘 후보가 많이 당선되어야 한다'는 질문에는 36%가, '제1야당인 더불어민주당 후보가 많이 당선되어야 한다'는 질문엔 31%가 응답하며 엇비슷한 구도였다. '제3지대 후보가 많이 당선되어야 한다'는 18%였으며 14%는 의견을 유보했다.
이를 여당 대 범야권 구도로 보면, 36% 대 49%다.
한국갤럽 관계자는 제3지대 승리 희망 여론에 대해 "여당과 제1야당에 대한 불만이 내포돼 있는 것"이라며 "이를 전적으로 현 제3지대 세력이나 정당에 대한 지지로 볼 수는 없다"고 설명했다.
