브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자가 오는 3월 20일 경기도 수원컨벤션센터에서 제55기 정기 주주총회를 개최한다고 20일 공시했다.
이번 주주총회에서는 △재무제표 승인 △사외이사 신제윤 선임 △감사위원회 위원이 되는 사외이사 조혜경 선임 △감사위원회 위원 유명희 선임 △이사 보수한도 승인 △정관 일부 변경의 안건이 상정될 예정이다.
삼성전자는 2020년부터 주주들이 주주총회에 직접 참석하지 않아도 사전에 의결권을 행사할 수 있도록 전자투표 제도를 도입했다.
주주들은 3월 10일 오전 9시부터 19일 오후 5시까지 전자투표에 참여할 수 있다.
주주들은 전자투표시스템에서 주주 정보를 등록한 후, 소집공고와 의안별 상세 내역 등을 확인하고 의안별로 '투표행사' 버튼을 통해 의결권을 행사할 수 있다.
예탁결제원 전자투표시스템은 2020년부터 주주들의 이용 편의를 위해 24시간 전자투표를 할 수 있도록 했다.
또한, 삼성전자는 주주 편의를 위해 2021년부터 주주총회장 온라인 중계를 도입했다. 3월 초 삼성전자 홈페이지를 통해 온라인 중계 참여를 위한 사전 신청 안내가 나갈 예정이다.
