A씨는 진천역 방향으로 운행 중이던 열차에서 라이터와 분사형 살충제를 소지한 채 객차를 이동하다 승객에게 발각됐다. 승객의 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰은 열차가 진천역에 도착하자마자 A씨를 객차 내에서 제압해 현행범으로 체포했다.
