[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 기업탐방에서 현장 면접까지 원스톱 취업지원서비스를 제공하는 김해시 희망일자리버스가 지난해 현장 채용의 큰 성과를 거둔 가운데 21일 올해 첫 운행에 나섰다고 밝혔다.

올해는 특히 늘어나는 중장년 인구 증가 추세에 따라 3, 6, 9월은 신중년 희망일자리버스의 달로 운영 할 계획이며, 아울러 현장 미채용자 및 중도퇴사자에 대한 지속적인 모니터링을 통해 모든 참여자가 취업에 성공할 때까지 사후관리서비스를 제공할 예정이다.

이번 달에는 상동면에 위치한 자동차 부품 제조업체 ㈜케이에스엠과 반도체부품 제조업체 아이비텍(주)를 방문하여 기업탐방을 진행했고, 이후 이루어진 현장 면접에서는 참여한 구직자 총 28명중 ㈜케이에스엠 5명, 아이비텍(주) 5명이 즉시 채용되는 성과가 있었다.

김해시 희망일자리버스에 참여한 기업은 김해시의 일자리 우수기업 선정과 중소기업육성자금 신청 시 인센티브가 부여되며 구직자는 일자리지원센터의 맞춤형 매칭으로 신속한 취업이 될 수 있도록 지원한다.
