대통령실이 25일 의대 증원 관련해 "세계 어느나라서도 의대 정원 증원을 두고 의사들이 환자 목숨을 볼모로 집단 사직·휴학하는 극단 행동하는 경우는 없었다"고 의료계 집단 행동을 비판했다.
