의령 밭미나리는 1994년 전국 최초로 논에서 재배되던 미나리를 거머리 등 기생충 감염 우려가 없는 밭에서 재배하기 시작해 30년째 깨끗한 밭미나리를 생산하고 있다.
특히 가례면 지역에서 대량으로 생산되고 있다.
의령 밭미나리는 자굴산과 한우산 자락의 청정지역에서 맑고 깨끗한 천연암반수를 이용해 재배되며 농산물 우수관리인증을 받아 청정 무공해 방식으로 판매하고 있다.
