브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 골프존카운티는 지난 23일 골프존카운티 안성W에서 북한이탈주민 대상 ‘제10기 새싹 캐디 양성 프로그램’ 수료식을 진행했다고 27일 밝혔다.
‘새싹 캐디 양성 프로그램’은 북한이탈주민의 안정적인 사회 정착을 도모하기 위해 골프존카운티와 통일부 산하 남북하나재단이 함께 진행하고 있는 사회 공헌활동이다.
2014년 12월 북한이탈주민 캐디 양성 시범사업을 위해 체결한 업무협약(MOU)을 통해 시작됐다. 올해로 10회째 이어오는 북한이탈주민 캐디 양성 프로그램은 현재까지 129명의 교육생과 88명의 수료생을 배출했다.
이번 10기 새싹 캐디 양성 프로그램 교육생들은 지난해 11월 20일부터 2월 23일까지 약 3개월간의 교육을 통해 전문 캐디로서 익혀야 할 이론 및 실습교육과정을 실시했으며, 우수한 성적으로 통과한 최종 4명의 수료생들은 향후 골프존카운티 사업장에서 전문 캐디로 근무할 예정이다.
골프존카운티는 ‘새싹 캐디 양성 프로그램’을 운영하기 위해 골프존카운티만의 특색 있는 8주의 실무교육과 4주의 현장교육을 포함한 총 12주의 커리큘럼을 준비했다.
