KT&G가 28일 이사회를 열어 주주총회 개최를 결의하고 주총 소집을 공고했다.
주주총회는 오는 3월 28일 대전광역시 대덕구 KT&G 본사 인재개발원에서 개최된다.
이번 주총에서는 재무제표 및 이익잉여금처분계산서 승인, 정관 일부 변경, 이사 2명 선임(집중투표), 감사위원회 위원이 되는 사외이사 선임, 이사 보수한도 승인의 안건이 상정될 예정이다.
KT&G 이사회는 주주제안에 따라 이사 2명 선임의 건에 대해 4명의 후보 중 2명을 집중투표 방식으로 선임하기로 결정하고, 대표이사 사장 방경만 선임의 건과 사외이사 임민규 선임의 건, 중소기업은행의 주주제안 안건인 사외이사 손동환 선임의 건, Agnes의 주주제안 안건인 사외이사 이상현 선임의 건을 상정하기로 결의했다.
