브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 직장인 절반 이상이 지금 “조용한 퇴사 중”이라고 응답했다.
26일 인크루트에 따르면 직장인 1097명을 대상으로 현재 조용한 퇴사 상태인지 질문한 결과, 51.7%가 ‘그렇다’고 답했다. 그 중 12.7%가 ‘매우 그렇다’, 39.0%가 ‘대체로 그렇다’고 응답했다.
연차별로는 △8년차~10년차(57.4%) △5년차~7년차(56.0%) △17년차~19년차(54.7%) 순이었다.
그 이유는 △현재 회사의 연봉, 복지 등에 불만족해서(32.6%) △회사에서 일하는 것 자체에 열의가 없어서(29.8%) △이직 준비 중이라서(20.5%) 등이었다.
동료가 조용한 퇴사 중이라면 질문에는 10명 중 약 7명(65.8%)이 긍정적이라고 답했다.
이들의 실제 퇴사할 때 유형은 △아무도 모르게 이직, 사업 등을 준비하다 퇴사하는 ‘계획적인 퇴사형’(56.8%) △친한 동료들에게만 얘기하다 퇴사하는 ‘소곤소곤 퇴사형’(27.6%) △평소처럼 있다가 갑자기 충동적으로 퇴사하는 ‘충동적인 퇴사형’(11.0%) △평소 퇴사하고 싶음을 여기저기 얘기하다 퇴사하는 ‘시끄러운 퇴사형’(3.6%) 등이었다..
한편, 최근 Z세대를 중심으로 해고 및 퇴사 과정을 SNS에 올리는 ‘시끄러운 퇴사’에 대해서는 44.3%가 ‘기업이름 미공개면 괜찮다’고 답했고, 31.4%가 ‘상관없다’고 응답했다. 기업이름 공개와 상관없이 부정적으로 인식하고 있는 응답자는 24.2%였다.
