브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KB국민은행은 청년고용 창출 및 우수인재 확보를 위해 올해 상반기 100여 명 규모의 신입행원을 채용한다고 5일 밝혔다.
채용 부문은 △UB(Universal Banker) △보훈 △ESG 동반성장(기초생활수급자/다문화가족 자녀/북한이탈주민/장애인) 등이다.
전형절차는 각 부문별 서류전형, 필기전형, 1차 면접전형, 2차 면접전형 순으로 진행되며, 영업역량과 디지털 기본 소양을 갖춘 맞춤형 인재를 채용한다.
UB부문은 기업고객금융·고객자산관리, 지역인재(6개 권역)를 구분해 모집하며, 선발된 인재들이 입행 후 RM(기업고객금융 전문가), PB(고객자산관리 전문가), 핵심사업(글로벌, 자본시장 등) 및 경영관리 직무전문가 등 다양한 경력경로(Career Path)로 성장할 수 있도록 지원한다.
보훈대상자 특별채용과 함께 2021년부터 시작된 ESG 동반성장부문 채용도 실시한다. 기초생활수급자, 다문화가족 자녀, 북한이탈주민, 장애인 등 다양한 계층에 대한 채용으로 사회적 책임경영을 지속적으로 실천할 방침이다.
