군에 따르면 이재민을 지원하고 재해구호물자 및 재해구호물자 창고의 효율적 관리를 위하여 기획된 울진군 이재민 구호 관리시스템은, 2022년 개발에착수하여 2023년 완료되어 보완 과정을 거쳐 왔다.
울진군의 이재민 구호 관리시스템은 지적정보를 활용한 이재민 대피소 관리, 이재민 지원현황 및 재해구호창고 입.출고 관리, 대피소별 민원사항 관리 등을 통해 군청 및 읍.면 재해구호 담당자들이 재난 관련 각종 사항들을 실시간으로 공유.대응할 수 있도록 재난관리업무포털(NDMS)의기능을 보완하여 항목을 구성하였다.
손병복 울진군수는 “재난 상황 발생 시, 보다 효율적으로 인적.물적자원들을 관리하고 이를 통해 안정적으로 이재민을 지원할 수 있을 것이다”라며 “정기적인 시스템 사용자 교육을 통해 상시 재난 대응 준비체계를 구축할 수 있도록 하겠다”라고 전했다.
