브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 4·10 총선이 범야권의 압승으로 끝난 가운데 전국 254개 지역구 중 가장 큰 표차로 당선된 후보는 전북 전주의 정동영 더불어민주당 후보였다.
11일 중앙선거관리위원회에 따르면 정동영 후보는 11만7407표(82.08%)를 받으며 2위 전희재 국민의힘 후보(1만7589표)를 무려 9만9818표(69.79%) 차이로 크게 앞섰다.
이는 이번 선거 최대 표차로 기록되면서 올드보이의 화려한 부활이란 수식어가 나온다.

민주당의 또 다른 올드보이 박지원 후보도 이번 총선 최고 득표자라는 수식어가 붙으면 당선됐다.
전남 해남·완도·진도에서 당선된 박지원 후보는 7만8324표를 득표하며 92.35%의 압도적인 지지를 받아 당선됐는데, 이는 전국에서 가장 높은 득표율이다. 2위 곽봉근 국민의힘 후보는 6481표(7.64%)에 그쳤다.
지난 21대 총선에서 기존 지역구 목포에서 민생당 후보로 나섰다 고배를 마신 박지원 당선인은 이번엔 고향 진도가 포함된 해남·완도·진도로 지역구를 변경해 민주당 공천을 받고 출마했다.
정동영 당선인은 지난 2016년 민주당을 탈당했다 지난 2022년 복당했으며 이번 22대 총선에서 공천받아 당선되면서 여의도로 귀환했다.
